We ordered our fire and it turned up really quickly, we had a media wall built and couldn’t wait to get it installed, to say that the fire was the icing on the cake is an understatement, its stunning , we don’t always have the heat on but have the flames on for effect, to which you can choose various different colours .Its absolutely outstanding value, reasonably priced , so definitely don’t hesitate you won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely love it. Not finished wall but temporary in place for fitting. Well worth the spend. Highly recommend them and the fire.
Only one very small negative comment and I mean very small…… it might be a good idea to use black screws on the front for removing the glass instead of the silver ones fitted other than that love it

Absolutely beautiful fireplace and love all the different colours. Easy to install and heat is good. Only downside is no customer care phone number .. only online chat which took while. But we managed to sort out how to change logs for the crystals which look very sleek and modern. Very quick delivery.. literally few days. Hubby now going to built oak surround for it.
Ordered a unit and fire but only fire was delivered a.tried contacting the company but response is non existent.no phone number to ring just email/chat which they don’t use . Very poor customer service. So paid an amount and only hit half of my order .
