Nice fire place mine as a little scratch but couldn't be bothered to return, as I just mount the fireplace now mine came without the crystal, wouldn't mind if the customer service send me one overall I am happy with my purchase.

Wall mounted Fireplace with multi coloured flames. Pleasure dealing with this company. All questions via email answered promptly. Website easy to navigate, ordering is simple, good range, good prices and delivery was quick. Fire was very well packaged, easy to install and looks fabulous in our living room. Heating fan slightly noisier than we hoped but do not anticipate this being a problem as bought mainly for the beautiful flame effect. It’s is a quality fire and we are very pleased indeed. Would not hesitate to use Smallbee again, and will recommend to family and friends.
