I would not give you a favourable review as I only received the fire and despite a few emails with yourselves I have not received the units or had my money returned not a happy customer

Just had fitted into media wall, couldn’t be happier, looks great - can’t understand how fires 5-10 times the price can be that much better.

My order for a Patio Heater was delivered as promised unfortunately when I opened the package I found the item was damaged. An email was forwarded to smallbee with details. The following day I received an email apologising , and asked me to provide photos of the damage which I did. The following day their email again apologising and promising a replacement as soon as could be arranged, this was a Thursday the following Monday a new heater was delivered to my home. This one in perfect condition. That is I think is good service.

I purchased an ECO Ethanol Fire, contact and delivery was good, unfortunately this fire was unsuitable for our home. Therefore I sent an email requesting instructions of how to return this Item. I had no response in two days so used the online chat, the following day I received an email with instructions.
During the returns process I was in touch with a lady called Eve, she helped me through the process and confirmed arrival of the returned fire.

As soon as you open the box, you see the quality of the fire, could not wait to install, looks fantastic on the wall,

The patio heater, we are using in our caravan awning, it is great and warms it up lovely, the remote is a bonus making it easier to use and choose the heat setting we require, the price was a bargain compared to others we had seen, great delivery too.

Really happy with product , delay in receiving item and also mix up with parcel but communication and customer service was excellent , would definitely use Smallbee again

Once it finally arrived I was so very pleased with this fire.. it looks amazing and has a great choice of background colours
