My goods arrived on Monday damaged in transit, took pictures and emailed Smallbee, Tuesday received an apology from them and was told they would investigate.Wednesday they emailed me with a satisfactory answer and solution to the problem. What a good company,would use them again for 👌
Outstanding fire at a great price
Really pleased with this fire it looks great in our media wall. The change of colours in the fire are amazing and you can switch between them easily depending on your mood. Great company, highly recommend them.
Unit arrived well packed without any external damage(well done carrier!). Have just commissioned unit and it looks fantastic. Operation is simple and after 'playing with it ' realistic effects can be achieved. Well done.

We ordered our item on Saturday and was told it would be about a week for delivery the first part was delivered on Tuesday then another one on Thursday. Really happy with how this fireplace looks, and the delivery was so quick, it arrived within 3 or 4 days of ordering. Still need to mount it to my wall, so will update my review once it’s all done. But i assembled it all to test drive the fireplace in case of any faults (highly suggest doing that so you’re not going through the extra hassle if you need to return). The app to control this fireplace is really easy to use as well!
