Honestly could not be happier with the product and service received from this company. They were very quick to respond to a delivery query I had and made all efforts to get the item to me in time for the work to be carried out that had been previously booked in for a set date. I hunted all over and nothing could beat the price of this item. Would absolutely recommend!

I bought the fire a few weeks ago, but we have only just had our media wall installed, so only just reviewing. The fire came very well packaged and is of excellent quality. It has a varied range of features, including interchangeable logs and crystals and lots of flame and base colour settings. Very happy with it!
