Very very helpful bent over backwards to help highly recommend needed a remote for my fire 🔥 didn’t have to wait long for the new one got a couple of extra just in case the wife loses it again lol
The fire was well packaged and protected from any damage. Setting up and fitting was really easy and I must say it looks amazing. There are so many different colour combinations. The heater works really well kicking out some good heat, although we really only bought it as a feature fireplace as we have underfloor heating. I would highly recommend this product and If I had a slight issue, it is with Evri as they received the fire from Smallbee a week before they delivered it.

My goods arrived on Monday damaged in transit, took pictures and emailed Smallbee, Tuesday received an apology from them and was told they would investigate.Wednesday they emailed me with a satisfactory answer and solution to the problem. What a good company,would use them again for 👌
Outstanding fire at a great price
Really pleased with this fire it looks great in our media wall. The change of colours in the fire are amazing and you can switch between them easily depending on your mood. Great company, highly recommend them.
Unit arrived well packed without any external damage(well done carrier!). Have just commissioned unit and it looks fantastic. Operation is simple and after 'playing with it ' realistic effects can be achieved. Well done.

We ordered our item on Saturday and was told it would be about a week for delivery the first part was delivered on Tuesday then another one on Thursday.
