Fabulous 60" fire

The fire was well packaged and protected from any damage. Setting up and fitting was really easy and I must say it looks amazing. There are so many different colour combinations. The heater works really well kicking out some good heat, although we really only bought it as a feature fireplace as we have underfloor heating. I would highly recommend this product and If I had a slight issue, it is with Evri as they received the fire from Smallbee a week before they delivered it.

Damaged goods

My goods arrived on Monday damaged in transit, took pictures and emailed Smallbee, Tuesday received an apology from them and was told they would investigate.Wednesday they emailed me with a satisfactory answer and solution to the problem. What a good company,would use them again for 👌
