Fast-Track 1 Man Delivery – within 1 week.
Premium 2 Man Delivery – within 2-4 weeks.
CAN YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UK?

Repairs & Replacements
DO YOU REPAIR FURNITURE?
Yes, we can repair furniture.
Please contact us at Service@smallbee.co.uk with a photo of the item requiring repair and your proof of purchase to receive your repair free of charge while under guarantee. Outside of guarantee, there will be service, and transport charges which our support team will be able to provide a quote for upon receiving your enquiry.
Refunds & Returns
HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?
Please contact our team at Service@smallbee.co.uk to arrange your return. The service used will depend on which items you will be returning.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Refunds will not be presented until all of the items you want to return have been received and inspected by our warehouse team. Once we have accepted your return, we will issue your refund immediately. Refund process times are dependent on your banking society.
DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN ITEMS WITHIN 30 DAYS?
Our terms and conditions currently state that customers will be responsible for the cost of returning items, unless faulty and we are notified within 7 days.
