Only one very small negative comment and I mean very small…… it might be a good idea to use black screws on the front for removing the glass instead of the silver ones fitted other than that love it

Absolutely beautiful fireplace and love all the different colours. Easy to install and heat is good. Only downside is no customer care phone number .. only online chat which took while. But we managed to sort out how to change logs for the crystals which look very sleek and modern. Very quick delivery.. literally few days. Hubby now going to built oak surround for it.
Ordered a unit and fire but only fire was delivered a.tried contacting the company but response is non existent.no phone number to ring just email/chat which they don’t use . Very poor customer service. So paid an amount and only hit half of my order .

Just as described, excellent quality, heats up our lounge just perfect! Loads of settings to play with and so many different ways to have the logs and background, it even came with stones so you can switch from stones to logs
Totally love this wall fire, was really easy to hang for a lone lady, everything about it is absolutely fantastic, mine has never been off since the day I bought it coz I love the burning log effect, (well it is off thru the night).would definitely buy again. 😍 so happy with my purchase.
