Ordered a 70" fireplace from smallbee. It came making horrible clicking noises. When I contacted smallbee to ask what they will do about this, there response was to send me a video, showing me how to disassemble the fireplace so I can fix it myself. However I was unable to do this as it had already been installed into the media wall and plastered in. When I explained this to the customer service guy, all contacted was stopped. I am being ignored. So I have a lovely media wall, with a lovely looking fireplace, that make a horrible clicking noise when it's on.

The wait was a little while but it was worth it. The fireplace is amazing, everything as described. Heats the room up in seconds and as decor beautiful. The company is very responsive every time we had any questions 10/10
