Hi so from doing a bit of research, and asking a few question via Email to you about the bbq, I decided to buy one from you.
Delivery was very quick, and promptly arrived.
Was. All in the bbq so know parts weee missing and I found tge instructions easy to follow and tge bbq was semi easy to assemble with the paperwork.
HOW EVER, on of tge bbq Roors ( Left One ) did have a dent in it, so I’m asking is this why your bbqs very a big saving discount on the sale price at the moment ???
Have sent a email to you, yet still awaiting knowledge ment of the received email, to as what can be done about the door and pictures were also sent with the email. !
Apart from the one damaged door I a 90% happy with tge bbq, and look forward to many good meals off it, just would say, it would back been nice to have brought a cover especially made for this Pacific bbq. ( felt a bit like buying a new car, and it coming with out 4 wheels ! )
