    Amazing Electric Fire 50 inch

    We were looking for an Electric Fire. We went to about 3-4 shops looking. They ranged from £1.500-5.000. The fire we thought we would have to pay was about £1.500, which was expensive but thought that’s what we would have to pay. We came home to think about it. My Husband found Smallbee. The fires looked great but I was a bit sceptical about how cheap they were. I decided to go for the Deluxe edition 50 inch. It was only £240.00.
    I went ahead and paid for it, but was thinking have I made the right choice. It took 2-3 day to be delivered. It was packaged really well. We took it out of the box, fixed it to the wall and I can’t believe the quality of this fire. I can’t complain about anything. The colours of the flames are amazing, and there’s loads of combinations to use. This fire in a fire shop you are looking to pay£1.500-£2.000. I am so happy we found this company. If anyone out there is thinking the same, it’s too cheap, must be cheap build, please take my word for it, it’s amazing, Top Quality. 10/10 Thank you to Smallbee you saved us £1.100. I cannot fault this company, and it comes with a 3 year Warranty. Cheers Kaz.

    Fireplace is amazing however lack of communication

    I received my fireplace today and it looks amazing. However there is a lack of communication as when I checked the tracking it didn’t say anything; all it said was that it was ordered nothing about it being in transit or it being picked up by the courier. We didn’t think it was coming because the email is a no reply email and there is no phone number to call. For future please have more communication with the customers, other than that the product is very good.
