The wait was a little while but it was worth it. The fireplace is amazing, everything as described. Heats the room up in seconds and as decor beautiful. The company is very responsive every time we had any questions 10/10

I ordered a fire on the 2nd of April, no delivery, l contacted Jessica who was very apologetic and reordered the fire l think around the 14th April, still no delivery

From start to finish this company delivered, from promt delivery, packaging of product and the beautiful fire. Couldn’t be happier, stunning fire, totally changes my living room. Quality is amazing, plenty of logs and pebbles, minimal effort to put together, great lighting options and even a crackling sound effect. We ordered our fire and it turned up really quickly, we had a media wall built and couldn’t wait to get it installed, to say that the fire was the icing on the cake is an understatement, its stunning , we don’t always have the heat on but have the flames on for effect, to which you can choose various different colours .Its absolutely outstanding value, reasonably priced , so definitely don’t hesitate you won’t be disappointed.
