Fire went missing said was at couriers for 2weeks had my doubts about being a scam as some negative comments all corespondents done by email true to Jessica’s word fire delivered today after 3 days from emails

Non delivery of fire

I ordered a fire on the 2nd of April, no delivery, l contacted Jessica who was very apologetic and reordered the fire l think around the 14th April, still no delivery
Cannot fault Jessica but l think the logistics are poor

From start to finish this company delivered, from promt delivery, packaging of product and the beautiful fire. Couldn’t be happier, stunning fire, totally changes my living room.
