I think the brightness could be a little brighter but apart from that really happy with the product cheers.

Got to say, I'm a little bit in love with our fire. Easy fitting into our media wall. Creates a really cosy feature. Love that you can have the flame effect without the heat & the interchangeable colour of logs & flames. Bit of a showstopper if I'm honest and very competitively priced which warms my heart too. I stumbled across Smallbee and so glad I did. Quick delivery and well packaged to boot. One very happy customer.

Ordered a 70" fireplace from smallbee. It came making horrible clicking noises. When I contacted smallbee to ask what they will do about this, there response was to send me a video, showing me how to disassemble the fireplace so I can fix it myself. However I was unable to do this as it had already been installed into the media wall and plastered in. When I explained this to the customer service guy, all contacted was stopped. I am being ignored. So I have a lovely media wall, with a lovely looking fireplace, that make a horrible clicking noise when it's on.

Fire went missing said was at couriers for 2weeks had my doubts about being a scam as some negative comments all corespondents done by email true to Jessica’s word fire delivered today after 3 days from emails
Totally transformed the living room, gone from a flat wall to a false chimney breast made especially for the fire. And it looks amazing, what a difference and So many choices of colour, highly recommend 👌

This is a lot simpler than I thought it would be to use and install.
Works great looks good, can’t fault it really and is good value for money.
The wait was a little while but it was worth it. The fireplace is amazing, everything as described. Heats the room up in seconds and as decor beautiful. The company is very responsive every time we had any questions 10/10
