We were quite sceptical because of how cheap it was in comparison to other fires of the same size and spec. However, this fireplace is stunning!! So pleased we decided to choose it, it really is a great focal point. Other people can’t believe the price when we tell them! Would highly recommend

We ordered our item on Saturday and was told it would be about a week for delivery the first part was delivered on Tuesday then another one on Thursday. I spoke to Jessica on the Wednesday and she was very helpful. From start to finish it was very easy and they were very helpful providing great service. Thank you.

Really happy with how this fireplace looks, and the delivery was so quick, it arrived within 3 or 4 days of ordering. Still need to mount it to my wall, so will update my review once it’s all done. But i assembled it all to test drive the fireplace in case of any faults (highly suggest doing that so you’re not going through the extra hassle if you need to return). The app to control this fireplace is really easy to use as well!

The fireplace looks amazing we all love it but the power consumption is quite steep I wish the company that manufactures it will make it much more economical in the future.

I can only comment on the service so far as not finished the project to install yet… Looks every bit as good as images and quality build though..
Great communication from this company I needed it for a project in Ireland and had limited days to receive in England.. I flagged it they contacted the courier and it arrived in 3 days!! Fantastic as most company’s these days wouldn’t even respond to an email!!

Leaves you with a nice glow.

Looks well made, the flame effect is good as are the range of colours and brightness settings. The fan heater is effective and quiet.
The delivery was prompt and on time.
All in all, a nice unit, especially for the price.
