Very pleased with our fire, it looks great and heats the room very quickly. Only problem is the remote control needs replacing and we can't trace one.
Honestly could not be happier with the product and service received from this company. They were very quick to respond to a delivery query I had and made all efforts to get the item to me in time for the work to be carried out that had been previously booked in for a set date. I bought the fire a few weeks ago, but we have only just had our media wall installed, so only just reviewing. The fire came very well packaged and is of excellent quality. It has a varied range of features, including interchangeable logs and crystals and lots of flame and base colour settings. Very happy with it!
