Really happy with how this fireplace looks, and the delivery was so quick, it arrived within 3 or 4 days of ordering. Still need to mount it to my wall, so will update my review once it’s all done. But i assembled it all to test drive the fireplace in case of any faults (highly suggest doing that so you’re not going through the extra hassle if you need to return). The app to control this fireplace is really easy to use as well!

The fireplace looks amazing we all love it but the power consumption is quite steep I wish the company that manufactures it will make it much more economical in the future.

Great communication from this company I needed it for a project in Ireland and had limited days to receive in England.. I flagged it they contacted the courier and it arrived in 3 days!! Fantastic as most company’s these days wouldn’t even respond to an email!!

Looks well made, the flame effect is good as are the range of colours and brightness settings. The fan heater is effective and quiet.
The delivery was prompt and on time.
All in all, a nice unit, especially for the price.

Very pleased with our fire, it looks great and heats the room very quickly. Only problem is the remote control needs replacing and we can't trace one.
